		go This movie didn't do very well in the box office, but that's usually a good indicator that it's better. If ever a movie was a ride, this would be a very fast one with lots of hills and nailbiting turns. Great soundtrack to boot.
		lord of the rings This was a really engaging flick. Just durn fun to watch. I never have read the book, so that may have helped me not judge it too harshly. I'm somewhat embarassed to admit I've read the entire Harry Potter series.
		tremors Another one of those movies that, with no expectations, turns out to be a hoot and a half. Reba earned my respect for her role.
		the princess bride An action movie? Sure, why not.
		the abyss James Cameron hinted at this ability to infuse a lot of emotion into a heavily packed special effects thriller. It wasn't until years later that I saw his "directors cut" and although it tied up a few loose ends... it worked either way.
