I bugged my dad at some point to teach me chess. I'm not sure why there is this stigma about the game - like its hard to learn. In fact, it's pretty easy to learn, but yes - it is hard to win. I will admit that there's this whole "castling" move that I just can't remember how to do - but I don't think that would change my luck. Do I like playing? Yes. But if I lose, expect a few years to pass before I try my luck at it again. Perhaps I should enroll in some anger management class for losers. |
