I'm sure there's a famous architect/group behind this building I saw on the way outta town. Which reminds me — we stopped in the Prada Guggenheim in SoHo and they damn near yelled my head off as I took out my camera. "Only pictures from the street" they exclaimed.

How lame.

You spend all this money on building an interesting and useless space, and then don't let folks share it with others.
