Photo by Shannon McGinty Spillett Shannon reached out when she found this photo on my site. (Was she googling Zantigo's? I have not asked, yet...) But I did found out this photo was taken in 1988 in Minneapolis. The man featured is a fantastic Illustrator. Shannon agrees with me that Zantigo's was awesome and the Chilito is very sorely missed. Related: I want to try this Chilito recipevery much.
